As Director of Integrity Empire LLC, Paula oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps lead its mission of connecting talented professionals with organizations seeking to build stronger teams.
A successful business owner and entrepreneur, Paula brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, along with extensive experience in business development, client relations, negotiation, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has helped launch and develop startup businesses, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges companies face as they grow, build teams, and identify the right people to move their organizations forward.
Paula brings that entrepreneurial mindset to Integrity Empire. As Director, she oversees daily operations while working closely with employers and candidates throughout the recruiting process. Her relationship-driven approach centers on understanding the needs of both sides—not simply filling an open position, but identifying professionals who can contribute to an organization's culture, objectives, and long-term success.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Paula also helps Integrity Empire serve a broader and more diverse network of businesses and professionals.

Priscilla Balboa - Client Development, Integrity Empire LLC
Priscilla Balboa supports Business Development & Operations at Integrity Empire LLC, where she helps develop new business relationships, support clients and candidates, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the firm.
A Houston-area native, Priscilla brings more than 20 years of experience in education, specializing in bilingual education and English as a Second Language (ESL). As an experienced and well-respected ESL educator, she has spent her career working with diverse communities, building relationships, communicating across cultures, and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Priscilla earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, with a double major in Management and Marketing. Prior to beginning her career in education, she worked in the advertising industry, including experience with López Negrete Communications, where she developed an early professional foundation in marketing, communications, client service, and business.
At Integrity Empire, Priscilla brings these diverse areas of experience together. She supports the firm's business development efforts by cultivating prospective client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting recruiting initiatives, and assisting with ongoing operations.
Her extensive background in education also provides Integrity Empire with valuable firsthand industry knowledge as the firm develops its education recruiting practice. Her understanding of bilingual and ESL education, school environments, educators, and diverse communities provides an important perspective when working with both educational organizations and candidates.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Priscilla also helps Integrity Empire build relationships with a broader network of businesses, organizations, and professionals throughout Houston and beyond.
